I have a "child in the spotlight" which I rotate every two weeks. As the other comment said, I'm on a first come first served basis as well. When someone submits a photo or group of photo's, I put them in their own folder (within a master folder)that designates what order they were received in. Then I just work my way down the list. If the current photo's end in (2), I know the next set to use is (3). Once I've used the photo's, I rename the folder to include the word "used". I can see who's next at a glance. It doesn't take much time to do it that way. I guess that sounded complicated but it's not and seems to work well. Good luck...love your site. Maybe something similar to that....although all I can see is extra work for Michelle...or whoever she nominates as executor of such...
